Legislation is only good for people who have a Disagreement or a Plan. It's common sense to be real. That's what it was made for by whom it was made for in the first place


But I think it's safe to say that Black Folks have more than just a Disagreement. And without Troops doin actual work, we don't have a Plan. Only the concept of "equality" that will still be crossed up with Shackles.
