the mall employs alot of people and not everyone has cars. They need access. Lenox has a sister mall called Roosevelt Field Mall which is the same exact mall in Long Island NY built by Simon company and they have a built in bus terminal in it as well Never hear about this type of crime in that mall but the demographics are different.

Its a symbol of wealth. Buckhead is known as one of the richest area's in Atlanta and they feature it on reality shows. Plus the first thing tourist do is hit Lenox. The Marta (public transport) also has a station right at the entrance.

I prefer Perimeter mall but Lenox right now is the center of alot of the robbery and gunplay right now

Every family has the right to bear arms and protect themselves should the situation arise. But for a multitude of reasons, these firearms end up being used in situations that aren't for protection. So it is the job of the brothers/fathers/(females too) etc. in the household to keep their guns safe and hidden. Remember as a kid how tricky you can be when it comes to finding where your parents keep the secret shyt, or finding the keys to their safes? Very easy. Also people have alot going on in their own lives, and sometimes can't look after or raise the kids well enough. It's just unavoidable for alot.
