i always get surprised when somebody famous gets caught doing coke or admits that is/was a user, but i might be just too square, i quit weed a couple years ago, quit cigarettes, my girl never even smoked weed in her life, i can enjoy my life without being high all day, just drinking during the weekends, if i were rich and famous, for sure i wouldnt spend my little free time high as a kite, so much cool stuff to do, so much cool things to see...

Also cocaine is one of those universal drugs that's in any state and city so its not out of the blue. Unfortunately i think you're over estimating the morale fiber of this decadent society. She isn't Taylor Swift, her persona has been the 'Bad Gal' for a long time now. Rhianna sings about being a harlot, excuse me 'owning her sexuality', everyone knows this. The parents fine with their children singing along to"rude boy is you big enough" aren't going to do a 180 in parenting because of her drug taking habits (how many times has she smoked blunts on ig?). Not to mention parents don't really have that much power over teeny boppers anyway let's be real. I haven't checked twitter yet but I'm sure the predominant response will be 'she can do what she wants, she's not a role model, raise your own kids' defenses and some pseudo feminist crap.
