I quit. I will probably never lift this much. BRB off to eat cake and be fat. 

) and get a trainer to work with me on the form of the big three cause the last thing I want is to snap my shyt up..(I don't even DO barbell BP currently, because of the lack of equipment. although I probably could do em on the smith? Obv I wouldn't be hitting the same supporter/stabilizer muscle groups?)
