For me personally Jesse was the best on color commentary because he REALLY approached it like it was a real sport. Always selling the "science" and the physicality of the wrestling. I mean yea now as an adult I know Barbarian had absolutely no shot of ever winning the rumble but as a small boy who thought it was real you Jesse made you believe it could happen because of his size and strength. Wrestling is always at it's best when you believe anything is possible and you could tell that was important to Jesse because he went to great lengths to try and maintain that illusion.

Honestly though they're all GOAT. Gorilla/Jesse, Gorilla/Heenan/ Vince/Heenan, Vince/Jesse... you can't go wrong with any one of those combos. Vince and Gorilla just had a knack for making everything sound big time.

But as far as play by play goes I gotta give the GOAT status to JR. The emotion and the intensity he brought to the matches was second to none. It's a shame because now the commentary team is so void of character. No emotion, no passion... in fact what's going on the ring doesn't matter because instead they're just constantly pitching me DVD's, apps and other WWE related products.

I was just . I always like how hyped Vince got for babyfaces during their entrance like Bret Hart, Razor Ramon, HBK, Undertaker, Diesel etc
