If Vince didn't care he wouldn't try 101 things every month to try and get Reigns over. He'd just accept he's gonna be polarizing like Cena and accept it, instead he's going out of his way to try everything and more to get him over. So yes, I say he does care

He's yet to come out to crickets as the guy. If the audience legit didnt like him, he would have Jeff Jarrett go away heat. Go on any forum and they all talk about how he should turn heel so bringing him back as one after the drug test will probably get him cheered instead of getting the babies over

People love Reigns its just the mob mentality wont allow them to voice differently
