There's no way in hell Big Fish Theory is better than Summertime '06. Big Fish Theory is festival music... he moved that direction on purpose. He knew who it was important to appeal to... he speaks on it in interviews without hesitation. As a Vince Staples fan I was hurt he dropped Big Fish Theory, and if you're a fan of his you can't be surprised about why people would be hurt he dropped that :trash:

People only use this argument to prop up their own. I've been listening to music for over 2 decades, I don't need some body else's opinion to validate my own. The Coli has more of a black concensus than most other forums/sites, so that's why the Coli isn't going to just fall in line with CAC reviews on music.

How did black twitter receive BFT?

I loved BFT before even seeing the reviews because of how different it was from the rap that was out. Rap has become very one dimensional to me. And this album stuck out. I am not apologizing for liking it. Call me a “cac” (That’s a very stupid thing to call someone who is black who is enjoying the music of another black person), or whatever. But my opinion is what it is. If you don’t like it, the ignore button is there. Click it and keep shyt pushing. I made this thread to talk about being excited for an album, not for people to once again ruin a thread with their hate and negativity.

you gotta choose a side either you cool with these cacs and you like their dumbass reviews :hula:or you are against these culture vultures and cacs exploiting hip hop and dont fw with their reviews

that doesnt happen alot on the coli, but it does on other sites

@Cadillac what in the fukk are you talking about? You need to take your ass back to the Lupe thread. His album was not good and its comedy that people think it’s a classic and calling it Lupe’s best album, which it’s far from.
