Long story short, I work at W@LM@rt and I've been getting harrased by this weird ass, primitive, old chinese dude.
He doesn't speak any english but dude always yelling me, cursing me out and it seems like his behavior is slowly getting worse.
It even got violent one time(atleast to my definition of violence) where he blocked me from proceeding through a entrance when he grabbed a chair and threw it in my path.(no physical contact though)
I almost get the impression that he's trying to behave like a mini proxy colonizer since I'm actually African, but I'm just speculating.
This weirdo one time also saw me in the parking lot and proceeded to do some type of "war dance"(I bullshyt you not) to intimidate me I guess.
Both of these incidents where captured on camera and I presented this in writing to my manager about a week plus ago with a date, time and location of these incidents.
So far, nothing has happened to him which surprises me.
I'm not too familiar with walmart policy, but I'm suprised that he has been able to hang around me since he has shown himself to have a propensity towards violence.
What do yall think about this situation.
This saturday is actually my last day of school so I can't wait to leave the retail minimum wage job world behind, but in the meanwhile, I'm trying to see if I can get this weirdo fired.
