Uptown, Downtown, Switzerland
sad as hell.
I always wondered why he insisted on doing so much and this puts it in perspective.

what he achieved this past decade is remarkable. he will go down as an icon and a trailblazer.

if you lived in NY and worked or were in the scene when it came to fashion in the last ten to twelve years, you've got a story about Virgil.
if you were involved in fashion, street wear, music or just doing something cool online or in real life you've got a story about Virgil.

he touched and helped so many and has had so much involvement in everything this past decade.
he was a genuine supporter of everybody too. his absence is going to be felt something crazy.

a genuine person, had time for everybody and the thing is a lot of it would lead to opportunities.
and he was so blahazy about giving you opportunities you never even knew if he was serious.

RIP.

This shyt caught me totally off guard ... so awfully tragic. He was one of one, whether you was a fan or not you couldn't deny his magnitude and influence on fashion and pop culture.

Like someone said, imagine being that creative when you know that its gonna be your time to go soon.

RIP legend.
