U Street on Fridays and Saturday nights is a hot mess man... as someone who drives in the city, I'll be damned if I get stuck in that traffic that late at night

Never really got the appeal about nat'l harbor tbh. I went 2 or 3 times and I was good after that. I hit up MGM or Wharf before I even think about Nat'l harbor

OP, only place in MD worth your time is National Harbor and MGM right outside DC. Don't waste your time with none of this other shyt.

Actually some other MD spots OP can hit up are Tanger Outlets, Downtown Silver Spring (Mo County), Capt. Billy’s (Charles County), Everlasting Life Cafe, Milk & Honey (College Park), Legacy’s Carryout, and grab some snickerdoodles at Iverson Mall Also, if he wants a true Black movie theater experience, hit up the Black-owned Marlowe Heights Cinema. IMO, The Harbor is more of a type of place for families, dates, old head gatherings, kids, and conventioneers. It’s cool and has come a long way from how it used to be but the excitement does get old fast especially when you remember how small the Harbor’s commercial and tourist district is. It’s a lil lit during the summer but I digress. I prefer hanging out in Alexandria tbh. More options to get into and got direct Metro access into DC.

Hit up a club like Bliss that has a band playing preferably Back Yard Band. You haven’t experience DC until you went to a GOGO breh there’s nothing like it.

DC has a lot of cool shyt go see the museums Black History, Air & Space and Spy Museums. Hit up all the lil strips most of them now is white but whatever still aight Adams Morgan, Georgetown, U Street Hit up Bens Chili Bowl. Hit up a Nationals Game nice stadium they been whoopin ass lately. If you got bread and then DC has a shyt load of nice upclass steak houses your not walking out spending less than 250 for a dinner for two with drinks but some of them have killer views. I took my lady on our anniversary to Charlie Palmers and the view was next to the capital. The white peoples looking at a young breh like wtf but who cares stunting on them cacs cause I can. MGM and the Nationals habor is only just right outside the city

Again if you don’t do anything make sure you party with the brehs at a GOGO. Even if you not a fan of GOGO music when you there LIVE it’s a totally different experience. The ladies breh ass shaking EVERYWHERE.

Anyone who says there’s nothing to do in DC is a lame and don’t know what the fukk they’re talking about.

Just a few spots off the top of my head:


Navy Yard - I think it’s an oyster fest going on. All you can eat oysters and drinks. Also down there it’s a new retail (the name is, somewhere) menswear spot that just opened and is gonna have hella parties this week.

H Street is a nice spot to go to on the weekends. Great food and a couple of lounges.

Of course U St.

Eastern Market is a nice/chill area for weekend morning/afternoon

Art all night is this weekend and it’s usually something to do all over the city.

Players Club on 14th St turns into an adult only spot after 9 (or 10)I believe.
