I think there's something to be said about exposing the origins of his knowledge and he didn't listen to Illmatic till 2003 etc. etc. I get all that. But whether it is borrowed knowledge or whatever, he still imparts some discussion points on the forums. I know he does a whole lot of bad as well. I see it breh. The attention seeking, the trolling and shock value statements. I see it.

I just think Malcom is worse and sometimes you get 4 or 5 threads from that guy with nothing but trash rhyme scheme emboldened statements or whatever.

Now if somebody wants to argue there's some repetitive threads of course, but those threads in and of themselves could bring discussion, on actual dope rappers/songs.

1 of the issues seems to be your insincerity in terms of the apology. You said something totally out of line, I was suprised that somebody that's supposed to be Muslim would do that as that's not part of true followers of the religion, I speak generally here. You can't have genuine remorse and then act blasé about it and tell people you racially insult to keep crying if they mention it. When you use RACIAL terms to insult somebody that is strictly racial that's not just insulting the individual but the whole race.

I'm not saying this to beat you over the head with, but for understanding, what you said was unacceptable, the best response would be to genuinly apologise, if somebody mentions it it would be best to be humble and say I apologise for that and it was my bad, but I ( an explanation if there is 1) but unfortunately sometimes you dig yourself into a deeper hole.

I'm not insincere breh.

For the longest period when people confronted me about it I would patiently apologise and explain my stance, not to defend myself, but to show them why I did what I did. The fact is there's no justifying my action. Whether in retaliation or not I should have showed racial sensitivity and maturity and not resorted to what I said anyway.

But I'm human. I made a mistake. We've all done it. And I know it's hard to brush off the racist card after that but truth is I'm not racist. I just didn't think about the consequences and implications of my actions and played off a racial stereotype nonchalantly. I'm a Muslim as you pointed out so I know the importance of respecting people of all colours, backgrounds and traditions.

I can't explain why I did what I did. It was spur of the moment in response to what was said to me.

My point is why keep referencing it NOW when I have shown no other evidences of racism or the like and it has nothing to do with the discussion at hand?

But I really do appreciate your insight and your assessment. I respect you took the time to write that and you are right in much of what you said.
