Had to chime in here but looking at the facts of the case this is a serious miscarriage of justice. I am stating facts here.
My opinion is justice is fukked up in a lot of places. He would never have been convicted in the States: fact
Here is the case as far as i know it:
1. Vybz is arrested with 4 other men and charged with suspected murder of 2 different people
2. Dude is put in jail for 3 years before the case actually goes to trial
3. His phone is confiscated in the 3 years he is in jail
4. When the case goes to court he is acquitted of the first murder due to lack of evidence
5. He is found guilty of the 2nd murder and sentenced to life imprisonment along with his cronies because the police ALLEGE they found a text on his phone that says he wanted Clive to be chopped up like mincemeat plus other voice notes PURPOTED to be his being upset with Clive about his missing guns
My questions:
How do you convict the nikka when:
1. The victims body was never found
2. There is NOT a single shred of evidence(DNA or fingerprint) linking Vybz to the crime
3. The murder weapon was not found
4. Police admitted in court he was phone was "USED" during the time they were collecting evidence and he was in jail. In this day and age isn't it easy to doctor voice notes????? Even the text message. You had his damn phone for 3 fukking years. Couldnt the police have doctored those messages to make him appear guilty?
5. To this day there is not a single shred of PHYSICAL evidence that was proved in court linking him to the crime(whereabouts on the date of the crime, DNA, fingerprint)
So how in heaven could this dude be convicted of this crime??????

The law as i understand says you have to prove BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT that an accused person performed the crime. Where is the beyond reasonable doubt evidence in this case? Some voice notes which could have been easily doctored and an SMS

Even the last one where vybz is asking what the other guy heard, doesn't imply that vybz did it. Where is the message where vybz said he cut him up fine fine? I've worked with dead bodies before, the man power, knowledge and tools needed to cut up a body fine fine with no trace is beyond some street thugs.
