:heh::heh: At comparing the 2. Spitta isn't as big an artist because he isn't as good. Don't get me wrong he makes a few nice songs here and there but majority are for the hippy/stoner crowd. And his voice never really changes on different tracks.

Drake on the other hand makes music for the masses..... You can't deny that. He is a crossover artist. And maybe the biggest hip hop artist there is right now. Everyone checks for him.

And in his case. It was. First Project in 06. Second Project in 07. Third Mixtape Project has album features and the biggest rapper in the world at that point, with a cosign by him. And by early 2010 hes the biggest rapper in the game. Plus funded all of his studio time with child actor money.

That's not really what I would call self made. Got the push from Lil Wayne, and a push from the industry as a whole, and here he is.

I look at him more as a brand than an artist now. He still makes good songs every now and then though.

Since we're on the subject . . . you're saying Currensy is better than Drake . . . who else is Currensy better than? Lupe? Kanye? Jay Z? Let's name some more names.

No. But why would we ever say he's better than Lupe, Kanye, or Jay? Drake isnt either :mjlol:

This Currensy vs Drake, and Currensy has the better catalogue.

I like drake but what can I hear from him I don't hear from other artists his type? Hits? I don't really care about hits if the song is good it's good...drake is talking about the same thing Travis Scott is talking about

People who say spitta a weed/stoner rapper don't listen to him obviously...

I can't name a bunch of rappers like currensy who makes these crazy references like damn he knows about that? but I can name a bunch of rappers like drake..meek/Sean/logic(even though he a clone) wiz is nothing like spitta wiz didn't even start rapping the way he rap now until he met currensy

He's not a cross over artist. It's not crossing over if you came in the game singing. By that definition Kanye is a cross over artist too. The whole fukkin game is singing and melodies
