Simply put, Drake has better beats and a better flow. Those two things make up 95% of what makes a song dope.

If you were to do a survey among serious hip hop listeners, I bet you most would prefer Drake in the beat and flow department over Currensy.

only thing about flow is that it can cover up how trash an emcee's lyrics are, cats sound dope saying shyt, but really aint saying shyt, Rick Ross and Drake are perfect examples. To me that relegates a cat into the category of not being able to spit

drake does numbers ill give him that...lol but he shows up sometimes not all the time....i listened to 4 songs off the last album only because i like the beat..the bars are weak...but thats what gets you numbers these days his lyrics are accessible currensys isnt unless you a sneaker head/car enthusiast/street fashion type person...or you really out here hustling making it do what it do.

My nikka, as God as my witness, if I really felt Currensy had solid consistent bars I would back him all the way. I hate commercial rap. Drake just has undeniable strips. He dropped a mixtape and has been on an amazing run with great tracks. He arguably edged 50 cent out the way, overshadowed Kanye and his boss Lil Wayne. Even Puff jealous. Drake made it clear he's gonna be 50% R&B. I accept that. Currensy is a fake lyricist. I'm not a a Lupe fan but I respect his pen. Joey Badass better than Currensy IMO

If you think Spitta's best tracks are better than Drizzy's best you're crazy IMO. Drake's catalog of songs is remarkable, just songs with infinite replay value. Spitta does not have a record better or as groundbreaking as Take Care. Spitta makes a shytload of dope music but Drake's stuff is just more memorable in the grand scheme of things.

Spitta ain't seeing Room For Improvement or Comeback Season Drake on the lyrical tip and Drake's most lyrical songs are better than Curren$y's. Drake is more artistic and takes more risks than Spitta too, you know what you're getting from Spitta.

If they both dropped a song at the exact same time, I'd probably listen to Drake's song first. It got to a point with Spitta where I couldn't catch up with the amount of music he dropped. I have 21 of his projects on my hard drive and I know I'm missing some but I'm not really going to search for disposable music. And that's the difference between the two. There isn't much throwaway Drake tracks as there are Curren$y.

I like em both but I don't see the comparison.
