For some clarity, Charter schools still have curriculum that has to match the state. This is what Ron Clark has, he teaches from a eurocentric pov. Brother Umar wants a PRIVATE school with an afrocentric science based curriculum. This would be private funded. HUGE diffference.

not necessarily. charter schools have a lot more leeway in their methods of instruction and curriculum. that's their greatest advantage or disadvantage, because the board is absolutely the core of how successful a school is
