The guy in the video was the following:Naw don’t listen to that cac do your Push Ups breh the way you do them, that shyt he doing by locking his arms don’t look like it’s safe over time. Especially the pull up he did at the end, over time I am sure your putting yourself at risk for injury.

U may as well skip push ups if u not using proper form
Take an Army PT test and u will be stuck at zero for 2 mins
. Again I am no physical trainer and most likely non of y’all brehs are world class athletes that can handle that kinda stress on the elbows.
