I could do about 50 push-ups the "wrong way"

But I tried what's in the video, going all the way down, could only do 10. Gah damn, these are no joke :picard::mjlol:

Time under tension, changes the dynamic when you increase the range of motion and go slower.

Doing the same short range 100 reps everyday just turns Into cardio.

Naw don’t listen to that cac do your Push Ups breh the way you do them, that shyt he doing by locking his arms don’t look like it’s safe over time. Especially the pull up he did at the end, over time I am sure your putting yourself at risk for injury.
The guy in the video was the following:
Jeff Cavaliere MSPT, CSCS served as both the Head Physical Therapist and Assistant Strength Coach for the New York Mets during the National League East Championship 2006, 2007 and 2008 seasons

I do diamond push-ups, wide stance and elevated regular. You don't have to do full range or lockouts if you do different types.

Do 100 of whichever type everyday and you'll build up endurance and equal strength through the upper body

Jeff Cav know what he's talking about but there's more than one way to do this

This horrible advice:mjlol:

U may as well skip push ups if u not using proper form

Take an Army PT test and u will be stuck at zero for 2 mins

I was with him going all the way down, but coming up locking the elbows just seems unnecessary. When locking like that during a high rep exercise your putting your self in risk for injury. I agree with going all the way down :dame:. Again I am no physical trainer and most likely non of y’all brehs are world class athletes that can handle that kinda stress on the elbows.

Also when locking you could be potentially giving yourself some rest at the top of the rep, If you leave a little bend (not much just before lock) your constantly working the muscles.
