I could do about 50 push-ups the "wrong way"


But I tried what's in the video, going all the way down, could only do 10. Gah damn, these are no joke :picard::mjlol:

Yup, that’s the proper way to do push-ups. Had this one dude who used to box tell me he could do 100 push-ups and then proceeded to do something that looked like a seizure on the ground for two minutes with practically no range of motion and then get up with this face: :smugfavre:

He’s absolutely right in the pace to exercise. Whatever you’re doing, You have to do things slower and build a tension rather than just pressing thru x pushups as fast as possible up and down. Let the rep breathe a bit and it’s so much better long term people doing sets like a timer is on and you gotta hit em within 30 seconds.

get some pushup bars(incline) for better range of motion and variety.....and to protect your wrists

it sure as hell is not done with no counter productive low weight yield ass push ups.
all that calisthetic to cardio shyt a waste of time.

push big steel, at least for the chest and get money.
it is the only way.

get yo a max weight and add to it.
no compound lifts or drop sets or none of that steroid bullshyt.
these dudes all over be trying to tell you to go hard and on supp's.
shyt a lie and phoney.
as they using the powder of whatever type to, store bought to to make them go.
the shyt fake as fukk.

plus i don't care where ol boy worked at.
his physique on some little bird shyt and i easily skip over his shyt all day.
that shyt for beginners who think they gon hire a trainer.
when this shyt about getting you going by yourself on your own volition.
not somebody or some powder pushing you.

Most people have shytty push-up form.

Women flare their arms out way too wide, looks very painful on the shoulders.

I do all my pushups chest touch the floor and 99% lock out at the top. Been doing them this way since high school.
