Makes you not want to lift unless you have the resources to absolutely push your max

I was gonna come in to say this. Chest seems excessive but I always touch my nose/forehead. And I lock at the top, I'm surprised so many brehs think that's weird, that's how I've always learned them from football training.Push up don’t count unless your nose touch the floor.
