Here's a tip, don't call them every other day asking if they have made a decision yet. If they want to hire you they will inform you of that. I've never heard of a company hiring someone and forgetting to call and inform them.

gotta hate the waiting game. for the job I got now, I had a not giving a fukk attitude, cuz I already had a job coming in. so me not getting the new job wasn't making me starve. however, I have been where the threadstarter is and felt that pain. I have interviewed plenty of places where they don't even inform u either way of if they are going to hire you or not. now thats the worst.

The interview I went to was for a junior media coordinator (at a media company). The paid internship will be a digital strategist position (at an ad agency)
Man fukk Broward College had my first interview in October second interview in November didn't hear from them til week and had a third interview with the dean a day after I get an email saying I wasn't picked I feel like I was trolled

I went through a bunch of interviews recently, and i got offers right away.
i didnt have to wait a week. it was either the next morning or the next business day. If you have to wait a week, then they are going through all their top picks first.

I had the interview yesterday, I emailed my resume day before that so I was hoping for a quick yes or no but the consultant said the client has two more interviews and I hope they didn't go well

This job I'm working at now...I drove 90 miles to do the interview...
interview was about 3 hours long.....
As I was driving home...got a call from the recruitment center up north...said "they like you"....I was about 20 miles from the house.....
What yall know about that!

i am on paper, but i don't think the interviewers would have known that.
my appearance is monoracial (filipino or cambodian). Being black would have helped because of the diversity Hiring in the top companies. That's what I think.
