Reallythey also take out life insurance policies on their employees

You must be one of the lucky ones. Most of the others disagree with you on how they are treated.I have no idea where some of y'all are getting your information. I've been working for wal-mart for 15 years. I pay about $150 a month for health insurance, including dental and vision Get a little over 4 weeks of paid vacation a year, quarterly bonuses of around 4-600 dollars, in store and online discounts, and discounts on shyt like cellphone service, hotels, amusement parks and restaurants.

I disagree what I think is people that work there what to be paid their worth.By no means is it a spectacular place to work but at the same time it's not some hell hole that a lot make it out to be. From what I've witnessed is you get a lot of people the go into it with the mindset of "oh this is just some bullshyt job" and then seem offended when they are actually expected to do some work.
I'm pretty sure the workers who need to feed their family don't do that. Those workers you mentioned deserve to be fired. I'm talking about worker violations. Wal-Mart is the welfare queen for taxbreaks and getting loopholes. fukk em.Well when you have people that literally come in to work clock in and find a back office and go to sleep how much are they really worth?
However, Wal-Mart is a PRIVATE corporation. It's not like Subway or a franchise. You are basically supporting greed and poor working conditions.I know the Store Manager in my local Walmart.Black dude, cool as hell. Makes about 250k a year doing so with bonus. So I shouldn't shop at his store because "Walmart doesnt treat employees well"??
He does, each location has a different Store Manager making them all different.
No one forced them to work there. You people act like they are chained to the registers and get beat by the Managers or something. My god. However, Wal-Mart is a PRIVATE corporation. It's not like Subway or a franchise. You are basically supporting greed and poor working conditions.
Right, but you act like they don't have rights. God, I'd hate for anyone to work for you. These managers are suppose to be leaders not shytheads. No one forced them to work there. You people act like they are chained to the registers and get beat by the Managers or something. My god.
