I’m willing to concede that the pendulum swung a bit too far in favor of the employee during Covid but the precedent they setting now is ridiculous.

What type of bootlicking comment is that!?! They didn't swap this out with any new entitlement just a cut to the hourly employees. How about the CEO lead from the front and cut his benefits and everyone else in the C-Suite too

I agree with you. I’m just calling it how I see it.

In their eyes, A lot of people took advantage during Covid and they’re tryna do a correction. They’re now overcorrecting.

It’s a battle between the worker and the C-suite and now they feel like they’re in position to flex their power.

Call it bootlicking if you want. It’s just the reality.

This country needs political pressure to make paid time off and parental leave fundamental rights.

There’s literally zero good argument against this when most developed countries on earth offer it already.

I'd vote expeditiously for any candidate that was serious about it and ran on those issues
