I replenished with a hydration drink from the gym, water with electrolytes, some little watermelon gummies, an italian wrap mid day, watermelon and pineapple.

Oh Nah im at a good weight, this was just something I saw a few people did online so, I made it an impulsive goal to hit before the end of the year like a psychopath
