Nah, it ain’t that serious. Its Walmart. These are jobs you get during or straight of high school which don’t even get on your real resume. In a professional setting everyone’s “first job” is an internship or volunteer time. So she’ll be fine.The problem is recording it for Clout. You think another company is going to take a chance on this employee knowing how they get down? If you want to leave, leave. Send a note to corporate and your manager. Everything else is theatrics.
I commend her for at least having some fun with it, cause there really were no stakes in this whatsoever. As far as new employment goes, she could literally make up anything as a reference and have a job at Oreily’s auto parts or Target by next week.
