Walmart actually is one of the few businesses that makes it a point to hire the developmentally disabled and elderly. Just sit at the door greeting people. Literally doing the same thing they are already doing with their homeless signs.

a surprising number of people will give it to you because they assume
you are doing it for a charity since you are an employee.

there was this dude with downs syndrome who i taught to do it.
he would bring the money he got right to me when his shift ended
and i would give him a couple of bucks.
