one of the links the target thing took me to was the Walmart page, I have no idea why, had to click it again to make sure I didn't hit an ad or something but yeah.

I think the Walmart website itself will tell you when you try to buy it. the system automatically aligns you up with the nearest walmart to your zip code. What Walmart is doing is letting you buy it online at noon, 3, 6 and 9pm. You try to buy, you go too your store if you get thru. That's how its going this year...
