Going into the off season Charlotte should prioritize getting a C who can guard the rim but also move his feet. They need shooters as well.
When plumlee is there.. nothing happens at the rim but he's pulled out and scored on. When he's out everything is at the rim. Trez and PJ can't defend it.

you literally cannot play defense the way JB has these guys set up
majority of nights lamelo is in foul trouble because JB has him guarding bigs. you got a 6'7 point guard and you got him chasing around shooters and fronting bigs all night?

I'd say dude is good although his game is incomplete. On the bright side, that's completely common for young players.
Remember, Melo and Ant are the same age as Cade Cunningham, Scottie Barnes, Jalen Suggs and Evan Mobley. That's like 4/5 of this year's top picks.
So this should really be both of their rookie seasons.

Kai was good in G-League. They may need to expedite the process and get a big who can play better now though. They might not be able to wait for him.
They gotta make some tough decisions on some guys. Otherwise they're gonna be in the lux for a team that gets culo blasted in play-in games which is not good.
