Eat based on your daily activities. I eat more carbs when I have more active days but get them in early. I don't eat a lot of meat on average anymore... Does wonders for my digestion. When I'm confined to doing inactive shyt I decrease my calories intake.

Don't snack on junk mostly fruits and nuts. Don't intake much sugar. Keeps me consistenly at a good place.

I did the green smoothie challenge before. It was cool. I been on a 98% IF diet for the past 8 years tho. Fasting is better than all of the faddish shyt in my opinion.

One meal a day. Simple. Not gonna get into Ketogenisis, metabolism, glucose and insulin regulation etc.....just know its fukking dope. My weekends I free up a lilbit, but I'm disciplined enough to switch back and forth. Food isn't important anymore to be honest. The juice supplementation is done on occasion just to simplify my time management, I add vegan protein powder to mine tho to give me the full feeling.

The first week will be the hardest, because your dealing with the absence of those calories. Also it may clean your digestional tract out e.g. the bgs. I did one summer 2013 before going on vacation for probably two months along with a good workout routine. It was probably the best I've ever felt

Do intermittent fasting and keto. Google those and their respective reddits. I lost 50lbs in 6 month’s intermittent fasting is how I live now.
