Eat based on your daily activities. I eat more carbs when I have more active days but get them in early. I don't eat a lot of meat on average anymore... Does wonders for my digestion. When I'm confined to doing inactive shyt I decrease my calories intake.
Don't snack on junk mostly fruits and nuts. Don't intake much sugar. Keeps me consistenly at a good place.
