Kanye West and Missy each had one produced track on there, and Missy's track was the Monica song they remixed. That's 2 out of the 20 songs. Everyone else wasn't known to the mainstream at that time except maybe Fredwreck and he only did the Intro and an Interlude.

I hear ya. That So Fly (aka the Missy joint) is CLASSIC DPG tho! Great song.

But shyt maybe Warren and Daz wasnt submitting hot shyt (or that Snoop fukked with) for the album?

No no no…

DJ Pooh did “Groupie Luv”
B-Sharp was actually Battlecat working under another name, and he did like 3 tracks
Josef Simonberg you could argue was an unknown, but he did “Pimp Slapp’d” before that which everybody knew
Hi-Tek was on there (“Twist Yo’ Body” shoulda been a single imo)
Michael Angelo is absolutely not an unknown, but he does more R&B
Tha Chill gave us a comeback beat. It sounded just like what him and Eiht would’ve rapped over in the CMW days
