Howard students been going through a lot recently
First that gay administrator was stealing hundreds of thousands of tuition money
Then students were complaining about mold and having to sleep outside in tents at a school that costs $40k+
Now these kids are getting beat up by local savages and the officers who salary is paid by student tuition ain't doing shyt
Just so many levels of incompetence and this is supposed to be an elite HBCU

I attend Howard currently.

A lot of of these kids need positive male influence. I remember helping my Spanish professor register kids for his HS in this latino and black neighborhood around Columbia Heights close to where that Target is

damn near all the latino families came in with their fathers, I remember only 1 black family had a father.

Howard is very much involved with the local community here. There isn’t some great divide. I always see kids on the yard with college students throwing frisbees or playing some game. We have clubs dedicated to giving mentorship and tutoring help.

the relationship has to be mutualistic.

im sure it happens because in Philly Temple is in the middle of the hood...

University of Chicago is next to a hood...
they have a full time security detail for the entire neighborhood and still have to deal with nonsense.

A few years ago a African student was killed walking down the street...
and I think a Asian student was also killed

My nephew goes there. I would have went to Ohio State.
