Shoot I'd love to make millies if I could. But it's really not that complicated. Its a job. Coworkers can leave, bosses can leave, they can trade you the moment the feel it's best for them, just like any corporation will fire any worker from the CEO on down as soon as they think it's in their best interest. If you wanna take less money in the hopes that all those people stay there and that they don't let you go and that everything stays smooth than go ahead.
