Neither do I...clearly money is extremely important to Melo...he wouldn't be happy if he wasn't making as much of it as possible. :manny:

The bottom line here is that different nikkas are built differently...some are about their salary, some about chips, some about their stats, some about the city they're in...:manny:
I agree with all of this. As long as dudes cool with whatever decision they make I'm like do you playboy.

He enjoys his work environment and that is good for his mental well being ... the incentive to make more money doesn’t outweigh his piece of mind... people make these kinds of decisions all of the time in the workforce :yeshrug:

shyt yeah, I love my job. Get paid real well without a lot of the headache. Told my boss and recruiters they can keep that bullshyt for an extra 20/30k. fukk all that extra responsbility and stress. :skip:

Okay how about you go and make 10 million, come back and tell me what matters most to you afterwards: making more money or having the least stressful life, enjoying your rich life while surrounding yourself around the people you like and love the most. Can't wait to hear from you.

Shoot I'd love to make millies if I could. But it's really not that complicated. Its a job. Coworkers can leave, bosses can leave, they can trade you the moment the feel it's best for them, just like any corporation will fire any worker from the CEO on down as soon as they think it's in their best interest. If you wanna take less money in the hopes that all those people stay there and that they don't let you go and that everything stays smooth than go ahead. Just know that Joe Johnson is getting those checks and living good too. But hey, to each his own. If staying in GS is worth $50 mil to him then that's his choice. It's a poor business decision and I'd say that people all over the country are moving their families or leaving comfortable situations to better themselves financially. If that ain't him then cool. It sure would be me though

If you had the chance, would you take $100k to work with super talented employees that will help you every step of the way and make your job EASY AS HELL,

or

Would you take $140k to go to a shyt hole company and work with incompetent employees that you have to babysit the whole time and basically do all the work yourself with little-to-no help?

I dont see how taking more money makes more sense.

Especially factoring in that its sunny california and he’s playing with 2 surefire HOFers whom happen to be his bestfriends
.:what: this nikka ain't going out there playing 1 on 5 with a ball and chain around his leg. He gonna be doing the same shyt he is now coming off some screens and hitting 3s and score his 22-25 a game.
