Why isn't she enthusiastically into sex, why is there tension, and why is this happening now?

The break down in communications started with her. ( accordind to these detaiks)

She most likely started withholding sex because she resents him for some reason. It's a way to withdraw emotional investment so that you can prepare for a breakup. he is rejecting sex too now ; doing the same thing.

It's just a matter of time.
