Worked at a grocery store in high school up until graduation and before I started college. In college I worked for a record label, towards the end of college I got an internship at a custody bank, and been in the banking world ever since.

The grocery store was my experience. I was a bag boy that worked my way up to customer service supervisor lol. That impressed them so it was easier for them to put me on. You don't need experience to be a bag boy at a grocery store, but once you get in, learn everything so you can navigate to the next level.

or just say u worked at a certain spot give them the number to one of your friends and say he was your boss @ your past job do what u gotta do .

I'm a web developer, when I got my first job I didn't have any real experience outside of personal projects but I could do the work that they were asking for. I guess if you can demonstrate that you can do the job and have some proof it's always a plus
