the only player with a legit case over mj is not kareem but bill russell....kareem would be seen like wilt or lebron had the lakers not drafted magic......i can clearly see through the kareem is GOAT revival...those are lebron stans crowning kareem the goat because lebron will have an easier case against him than against mj....mj was the better prime peak with slightly better advanced stats and better team success....against kareem it's gonna be the longevity argument and lebron will stack up better in this discussion

i wanna take the road that jordan won 6 titles while being the best player in the league and on his team for each and every one of em.....the same can't be said for kareem who was the best player on his team for about half (and i feel very generous) of his 6 rings..don't give me the lebron special he made the finals 10 times........2nd place ain't cuttin it..if you can't finish 1st might as well finish last

I agree if you dont win in the finals you’re just the best loser. But Kareem won 5 as a Laker, and when he retired, it took over a decade for the Lakers to win another championship. Kareem didnt have to be the best player, he just had the most impact. And the finals losses for Magic sans Kareem showed that. But if Jordan was so great, why didnt he lead his team to a title in his second season like Kareem? Even as a rookie, Kareem was in the division finals. Jordan wasn’t even drafted first. Kareems college career is as legendary as his pro career. Best player of all time, Kareem.
