I mean the Kobrehs also have a point in that Pau didn't do shyt before Kobe and playing with Kobe helped him a lot in terms of taking pressure off Pau and media attention overall (all-NBA teams, AS selections, etc) but same goes for dudes like Kyrie, Bosh, and Love who didn't do shyt before Bron. At least Love was All-NBA 2nd team twice and was an actual top 10 player before joining Bron.

The Only reason Im stil fan is because Im committed to those shytty season tickets. Their fanbase is a turnoff. The Lakers fanbase is full of fakes. It turns me off completely

He benefitted from the combined length of the Lakers front line and helped clog things up but he was never able to switch the way Bosh was. And he often struggled to guard or force the issue offensively on marquee players. He did a better job of guarding Duncan than Bosh did though. Let’s be clear, I’m not saying that it’s irrational to say one is better than the other but I always said Bosh was better. At that time Bosh was drawing young KG comparisons. The reason Lakers fan sometimes shyt on Pau is that their last memory of him when Kobe was still functional was Phil punching him in the chest asking him to wake up as he failed to do anything on Dirk offensively.

I already posted an article on Bosh’s perception pre-Miami of being a one way big. Gasol was a flat out better post defender than Bosh it wasn’t just against Duncan, he has tremendous reach his rim protection was legit.

I already said Pau was in the middle for great defenses in Memphis because y’all keep trying to paint the picture that the Lakers made him and he was just a cog among long armed guys, he was the longest guy pause.

Bosh face up and midrange was KG-like, his passing and defense were nowhere near KG. Bosh was a KG stan but was never on that level.
