Master P & C-Murder are only a few years apart in age. P & Silkk are 8 years apart. That's the type of age gap to have a completely different upbringing. I know one of Master P's goals was to keep Silkk out of trouble. P was the older brother & played the guardian role, so if Silkk turned out like them, P would have failed his brother.
Having said that Silkk is from New Orleans, grew up in the Calliope projects/Richmond, & was raised by P prior to making it big. Probably comfortable in street & corporate environments.
