They had to carry a huge load because of their lack of offense and due to the rules of today being so favoured to offenses, but I wouldn't even say they're better than the Seahawks from 2013. Those guys wouldn't let the greatest offense, statistically, move the ball down the field whatsoever. They had the best secondary and an amazing pass rush(which has gotten weaker), so they stand out to me. Denver's secondary is good, but not as great, and their pass rush is obviously better but overall I'd still take those Seahawks.

Those Seahawks stand out even more because they completely obliterated a Denver offense that saw Peyton Manning set the all-time single season record for Touchdowns....AND the all-time single season record for Total Points Scored.

And Seattle beat them 43-8.

:damn:

I talked to a few people and they all say they don't even remember that Superbowl. No one remembers because it was over after the first safety of the game.

Peyton is my all time favourite QB. I remember. I remember all those screens being blown up in seconds. All those 5 yards passes being stopped right after someone caught the ball. The inability to get anything down field. I remember it all too well. :mjcry:

If you wanna be real about it, that Carolina D probably played better than the Denver D overall in that game, but to the victor goes the spoils, and Denver definitely was on the better end of the more backbreaking plays (the fumbles, Josh Norman dropped a couple of interceptions).
