If any of you have worked in any corporate situation, you know that is absurd. That organization is not interested in any employee concerns.
You got senior leadership talking about groping women or doing surveys on if women have breast implants.
You got a stairwell where people are upskirting women.

These Funyon and quarter water ass nikkas expected every seedy detail like dumbassesTo all saying the story was a bust look at Snyder's name the affilation of THAT group the name comes from and it's relationship with law and media. There's a lot more to this story we'll never know, just like with Epstein, because a TON of people are too shook to put their names/necks out there to be verified as sources. Mel Gibson wasn't wrong I'll leave it at that.

Maybe in a previous year this story would hit harder. But in a climate where we have 140,000 dead from a virus, people are scared to send their kids to school, and the President breaks the law on a daily basis, a bunch of women getting sexual comments from old white guys is not going to move the needle. The guys that were directly implicated have already resigned. Everyone else will deny it. Most of the women wont even go on record due to being scared of having signed an NDA.
Snyder will issue a half ass apology and donate some money to some womens charity in a worst case scenario, and the world will move past this just like the Redskins are moving past their name.
For this to really stick, there needed to be rape accusations, videos of the guys harassing women, drugs, physical abuse, fights with players, game fixing, etc.
Im not saying its right, just saying its reality.
If theres nothing else to come out, then we're done here.

It really isn't. Not to the extent that the media was saying before this story dropped. I was expecting gang rapes, kidnappings, murders, and bounties on players heads because they slept with the coach's side piece, etc. Either this story was dramatically chopped up due to NDAs and unverifiable accusations, or this was a hype job over nothing. This is just some attempt at breathing new life into Metoo. I'm not impressed.

I seriously doubt it was the latter. If those NDAs you speak of were drawn up, the harassment charges are real.
And how do you overlook them having one person handling HR for the entire org? They literally had one person who runs HR and shes only been at the company for a little over a year and just became SHRM certified.
That org is in trouble. They're going to lose a lot of money and with the way football is looking, with no place to make it up.
