And how do you overlook them having one person handling HR for the entire org? They literally had one person who runs HR and shes only been at the company for a little over a year and just became SHRM certified.

That org is in trouble. They're going to lose a lot of money and with the way football is looking, with no place to make it up.

Time will tell, we'll have to wait and see. Still, I think this is going to blow over. They've done what so far? Fired three individuals, added additional HR personal, and a woman (who is a somebody apparently) to examine their overall culture. And they're going to get points for changing the name of the team. With everything going on in the news, an election year upon us, Covid, etc., I think their organization can weather the storm. Ditto for Dan Snyder, although he's going to have at least feign contriteness temporarily.

Whatever you feel about the allegations isn't the point. They're going to use this story against Snyder in the same way the NBA did with Sterling. They can't have an owner that's hated as much as Snyder in one of the biggest markets in the country.

I've never thought they got rid of Sterling because he was racist. He's been racist forever and they were cool with it until they realized how much his shytty ownership was costing all of them. They "punished" him by allowing him to sell for billions and allowing his family to have luxury suites forever going forward.
