I do not judge GM's/President's by what stars come to their team. Those guys pick where they want to go. However Masai traded for Kawhi and was smart enough to leave Pascal Siakim (who the Spurs wanted) out of it and get Danny Green. Also Vanvleet isn't luck, Siakim wasn't luck either. And them trading for Marc Gasol (to help them against the 6ers and Giannis) wasn't luck either. And he had the balls to fire the NBA coach of the year and bring in Nick Nurse. He deserves all the credit for building this team and making the moves.
