I don’t think anyone in the city is opposed to blow up & start over. We need rebuilding at this point.
Hopefully we can get someone who can drive our organization out of that 90’s mindset, and Masai is hopefully that breath of fresh air we need.

what exactly is a few million?

His share Depending on the % could be worth Several Million Years from now. The Warriors were sold for $450 Million in 2010 and they are worth $3.5 Billion. If you owned 1% of the team THEN it was worth $4.5 Million. That same 1% is worth $35 Million now. Not saying that the Wizards value is going to increase at the same rate as the warriors but, sport franchises always going up fast in price.

"deliver him the opportunity for ownership equity".....how much is that in value $
Invaluable. That’s ownership that pays dividends. His kids, kids, kids can eat off of that as long as the Wizards exist.
Generational wealth is a game-changer, no doubt.

Plus, isn't his wife from the DMV?

I'm not about to get my hopes up because, well, Wizards, but I'll give Uncle Ted all the props if he can pull this off.
