Depends on the valuation of the franchise and what his percentage represents and valuation of an asset such as a basketball team is not constant and always fluctuates. If the Wizards for example are valued at $1 billion today (just made up a nice easy round number) and Masai has 10% equity his stake is $100 million today that stake the 10% can always increase or decrease based on what the market 5hinks the wizards are valued if its 2 billion next year then 10% of that is $200 mil if its valued at $500 million then 10% of that is $50 million.

DC is international smaller than Toronto but a greater African presence so the city has that going for it when it comes to compatibility with what Masai is all about but interms of basketball there's a lot of work to do with these bad contracts
