If his manager was getting hit with 30 years and they didnt even have to show up to court once they were not apart of no fukking drug ring :beli:

nikkas just dont walk out the back door when the feds come knocking. :snoop:

:patrice: Pusha is my Braided GOAT but there's no fukking way you're seriously moving weight or involved if neither him nor Malice aren't named on an indictment. They definitely knew what was going on and was around that shyt, but there's no way they were actually involved in anything remotely worth prosecuting.

Either law enforcement realized they were just a front of sorts for the real operation OR they're informants

Based on Malices vlogs from a while back, shyt is all fake

:lupe: then again, maybe Malice felt the heat coming so he switched his whole persona to avoid getting indicted

the reason they were able to get out of bein indicted is because their paper trail is traceable to their actual deals with record companies/sales of records. people who get indicted are usually indicted because they have the money but no feasable means of attaining income that would disguise their drug money as income. when they get audited by the Feds, there's a HUGE discrepancy if they are just simple drug dealers without jobs that actually rake in big money.

:mjpls: Cook money clean through Merrill-Lynch, accountant just gasp at the smell of it

You never really know, but read the indictment, by the years they were on them, Push and Mal were signed again to Colombia and doing 'Til The Casket Drops'....but, 2004, 2005, 2006....? If they had been doing anything significant in the 2007/2008 years, they would be named, most likely. I'm not saying they took out 50 a month, but if they put some here, and some there....Just reread it, they were on them since 2004, but not as wide a scope...and a lot of the earlier things are likely statements made by cooperating sources or witnesses..

lol at the Malice theories....dude really gave it up, it's sincere, you know you can't escape a fukking federal indictment, by kissing a cross and making a gospel album, he's not in the papers for a reason...his brother too...

more than likely. its easy to make things go away if you hire a CPA, disappear, then reappear and make positive music

If I had to bet, I'd just say Tony (their manager) used them as a front company to make his shyt look legitimate. That right there would be enough to indict them if they was proof of money laundering but my Braided GOAT is too smart for these cacs and so is his older brother :youngsabo:

i would have to compare them to gus fring from breaking bad. if you act like you're not involved, and act professional instead of acting like dumb nikkas who sell coke and cook crack, you'll be one of the last ones they come for

I've asked some real dudes from VA, not gangsters or killers, just solid guys from the hood, that work for a living, and they've pretty much what the most reasonable responses in here were, that Push and Mal were in it...but not IN IT like that, and were regular kids in the neighborhood when they were teenagers, and there boy Geezy was the one....Some said it with more contempt then others, like dude above me, that Pusha was never like that, a good kid, others agreed but said he could come through the hoods over there, and got love....I think he's been around it, and done enough to rap about it, without being 'fake', or just a lying ass coward that's never seen anything in his bars....

His boy, Geezy cooperated though, agreed to cooperate with investigations/prosecution of his suppliers, for a 30 year sentence, on the condition his fam and wife kept drug proceeds and homes bought with illicit funds...thats the way the game goes though, esp. in those leagues....not saying it's right.
The gist of this is pretty much true. Like I said, they were some for the most part regular nikkas from VA Beach who were in the game and have familial connections. They sold drugs, they rap about it, and they exaggerate it a lot just like a lot of other dudes. That's pretty much all that needs to be said. Doesn't seem to stop people from speculating all wild all over the place about all sorts of stuff with no facts though.

Ok..thx..it was malice who was dealing

Your theory would actually make sense, Push being 5 years younger makes it so that he's far removed age-wise that he wasn't really in the operation but old enough to know what was going on.
