If Jimmy Johnson really said that, than OP has a point. They protect the heck out of Kirk Cousins, Stafford, McCowns, while they're more blatant with their opinions on guys like Kap and Cam. There are plenty of players who are hyped by their team. But to get into the limelight like Kaep did there's only one way and that's by commentators and "experts" talking about it on a constant basis.

Doesn't make what they're doing NOW, any fair. Just because you hyped a player on your own volition, doesn't mean that player sucks and or shouldn't be in the league because they failed to love up to your personal expectations. That's just an excuse to crap on Kap.

You're off. Commentators suck off everyone...did you watch Flacco get sucked off last week even though he played like shyt? Watch how Chuckie sucks off every QB every game. I think anyone who watched the game should have been able to conclude that the o-line gave him no time and the receivers couldn't get open. Even Deion was pointing it out. He might be the realest nikka in the media

Kaepernick has been poor for awhile now. The Niners have to consider a switch with the subpar way Kaepernick has been playing. Gabbert should get a chance and Kaepernick should sit until Gabbert fails (which he will).
