Yeah you can hear him yelling "if you wanna shoot me, do it" but he's walking slowly with his hands up clearly unarmed.


It's just terrible judgment and cowardice on the police part. They're supposed to be trained to be able to take people in to custody.

That seems to be the reoccurring theme in all of these unarmed killings that these guys are scared to get physical and immediately go to their gun.

The US has a massive nation wide problem with the training of their police from what I can see. It's pathetic that there isn't higher ups that are willing to call it out
