98 i liked the segments he was in...but working matches with mostly only foley and taker was so boring especially undertaker by the end of 99

Yes. He was very technically sound as the Million Dollar Man's protege. A complete 180 of his brawler style of which he was forced to adopt following the pile driver that almost ended his career. People would be bored by how he went about it in the ring before he became the Rattlesnake.
