Nah yall can smoke and suffer the consequences

Only think I'd ever smoke is CBD when I make more than 6 figures in the future. And even then I'm probably not smoking that shyt. Smoking as an action isn't natural. Smoking water would fukk with your body. Humans aren't meant to inhale anything meant to be smoked

Yall are literally killing yallselves. But who am I to preach. This is about having to be docile and safe at work

No one did. Really, and imma keep this short and succinct because yall are immature. A woman in my personal life told me to "stop yelling" when I was talking to her about continuously interrupting me before I could finish sentences

She did this multiple times in our convo. Interrupted me about dumb shyt. I basically told her to let me talk

She was like "stop yelling. Calm down
:damn: "

I just stood there like
:what::mjtf::francis::unimpressed:

That's the only person who's ever told me that. I had to ask my manager one day about if my tone was unpolite or anything. She said no. But she's hispanic and cool so it is what it is

I'm big, black, assertive, articulate, and scary. Not only as a man. But a black man. White men can get away with much worse. And not even have to have self-awareness about it. Not even think about it

That's how some people act. When I actively try to be approachable

I was told in an evaluation by this woman earlier this year that I need to try to be "more approachable". You know how crazy that is?
:gucci:

I had to go from saying very little to these coworkers to socializing with them. When dumb shyt happens and I have to talk to people about what happened, I have to make people comfortable in how I talk

None of the shyt I say about these issues takes precedence over how I say it. And that's a problem millions of black men and women have in this country

the hoes prolly are :russ:
Let's not even talk about the times I've been groped and flirted with by women at my job. Sexy women

I'm strong enough, smart enough and have enough self esteem to not fukk everything that gets thrown at me at my job

Even if you did get the level of female attention I get, you would be fired for fukking her the wrong way and ghosting her. Because that's the type of nikka you probably are

Take that trolling shyt elsewhere. This isn't the thread for that

You need to adjust the title of this thread because this ain't got JACK SHYT to do with how you are perceived at work.

As far as being 'approachable', just smile and stop thinking about how big and intimidating you think you are. You ain't in there to fight, but to make money. Unless you're in a boxing ring, walking around mean-mugging at work makes you look like you're constantly in a bad mood.

If you work in a white collar career, just know that you won't make it to retirement as a black male that ain't passive. If fukking DON LEMON cannot make it to retirement in CNN, you don't have a shot in hell. Just have Plan B and C ready, or even be ready to do skilled blue collar work where there is less micro management. You gotta be flexible with your income and be prepared for the worst, at all times. Only government jobs the exception.

I can't even vent on a "black forum" about a black issue without nikkas trolling and picking me apart as a person. When they haven't even met me

Facebook groups might be the way for me fr. nikkas look to argue in constructive threads like this. It's nuts

That prejudgment is what I go through at work. Regardless, I don't have issues with anyone there. I'm one of the best employees there. But I'm not a punk.

I speak up for myself when I need to. I'm assertive but respectful. I'm not passive aggressive like some of the men there and alot of nikkas on here are. The type of black men with alot going for them and exude that aura are the ones that intimidate coworkers. Especially non-black ones. Can't let them get to you

Never take a private corporate job

Go to the government sector, take a minor pay cut, and live life free. :ahh:

This is directly related to the body language that has been given to me at work when I talk to certain individuals. None of them are black. Neither was the woman in my personal life

Yall dont seek context. Just look to argue and offend. Typing in all caps for nothing
