I used to do the Sheff swing with holdin the bat with two hands into the Bret Boone bat flip

I wouldn't call it a good looking swing or anything....but it's probably the least replicable swing in baseball history. If you go the cage and try swing like Sheff you're gonna need to stop by the emergency room on the way home.
