Don't Believe the Hype
Ugly AF, but I'll take it.

Tri-State area folk: what's the sentiment about the Mets out there? Are Mut fans just happy to be around .500?

I wish Mike's show was on a Podcast so I can listen from LA AN D without those 2 hours worth of commercials during a 3 hour show.

Scherzer, Bauer, or Stroman. Try getting one of those three.

The negative side of this is you have to hope that WSH and CLE fall from their respective races in order to want to trade those arms.

Edit: Just read on MLBTradeRumors that the Yankees are indeed interested in Stroman. So there you go. They are also interested in Bumgarner as well. :beli::snoop:

No no no no no :damn:

Too much of the same breh...dont y'all understand that. We have 3 lefties in the rotation already.
Nah I'd pursue MadBum for 2 reasons

1. He's the best postseason pitcher of our time. I trust that over anyone on this staff

and

2. If it's a matter of "not another lefty, the guy who takes the hit would be CC which is fine by me because at this point, if we make the playoffs, CC shouldn't be much be much more than a mop up guy.

Severino
Tanaka
Bumgarner
Paxton
Happ

My only concern is that I'd need to him to sign an extension first because if we give up the farm, I just have a bad feeling he'd go back to SF once the season is over.

Long term that's 2 righties, 3 lefties and if Severino can't go now, let German be that guy

If push comes to shove and we have to settle for Scherzer or Stroman or another, that's cool, but my top priority remains Bumgarner.

I don't need someone to help the team win 100 games, I need someone who can step on that mound in October down 0-1 or 1-2 and bring that shyt home. No one's more suited for the job than MadBum.

Well, he made a good case today against a vaunted Dodgers lineup. :ehh:

Maybe he does need a change of scenery to get his competitive juices going again.

And he is a proven commodity at the end of the day. I mean we will see what they do in the next couple of weeks.
